Christmas Wine 2023 Update

Quick update to the Christmas wine list, I bottled the Cotton Candy wine as a Christmas present to my son Clay. It was pretty tasty already, should improve with a little aging. He is a big Star Wars guy, hence the label that is the blog pic for this post.

I started a Metheglin, which is a spiced mead, thinking my next post will be a mead primer. Stay tuned!
