Winemaking Recipes
These are recipes I have personally made as I have actually made them. Most are based on recipes I have found elsewhere and tweaked to my personal preferences. These are just what I did and what worked for me, methods and tastes will vary. There are hundreds of great winemaking tutorials on the web, so at least for now I will assume anyone who uses these recipes will have at least a basic knowledge of winemaking. That said, the fundamental steps such as cleaning and sanitizing all equipment, taking specific gravity readings, waiting for the wine to clear before bottling, etc., are omitted from the recipes, but are still very important. Use these as they are or simply as a starting point for your own concoctions, and above all, have fun!
