What's Fermenting
I have a beet wine currently in secondary fermentation. Don't judge, you can make wine from pretty much anything, although I admit beets are a first for me. Saw a recipe online and after a trip to Whole Foods for the main ingredient we were in business. Aside from being exceptionally messy to peel and chop the beets, it was a fairly easy preparation. It has good color, and is supposed to age out like a Bordeaux, we'll see. Stay tuned for updates.
